Yesterday we hired a surfing instructor! The waves were HUGE and we got pummeled A LOT!! Both Heather and I got up on the surf boards..... Heather did AWESOME and rode many waves into shore......I got up once and mastered the wipe out :-) still a GREAT experience. We then found an outlet mall - uhhh oh and after shopping headed into LA for a fabulous dinner with Jason and Alex in Pasadena. I had Fillet Mignon and Heather had shrimp. After we got back to their place in LA we had a movie marathon and got back to our hotel at about 6 this morning. We had a quick and early breakfast and then headed upstairs for a short nap. Now we are on our way to the airport. Heather has to work this weekend and I will leave for the Rally as soon as I land. If I have time, I will post some pictures from the kayak and surfing. Otherwise I will post them all on Sunday! Hope you are all having a good week and see everyone soon!!!

Kayla, I love reading the updates on your trip. Wish I could have been there. Sounds like such fun. Heather got left in California, you probably already heard. Poor, poor Heather another day of fun in the sun, what a drag. She just doesn't want to come home to the flood!
