Tuesday…day 2 in Seattle. Jenny and I woke up…made ourselves cute and headed into Bellevue, WA. After I made a trip to her AWESOME gym for a cardio and weight workout…seriously…it is my vacation and I am still working out! Then, we hit the mall where I found a super cute skirt. We did some more looking around but didn’t make any huge purchases. I was also able to see Jenny’s new work and meet her new boss. We then headed to Cheesecake Factory for lunch! It was especially nice since Brian snuck away from the office and was able to visit and enjoy a delicious lunch with us. We were there for a couple of hours before we walked Brian back to the Microsoft campus and then Jenny and I headed back to Mercer Island. We rested for a bit, and then headed out to the pool. After laying in the sun, relaxing in the pool, hot tub, and sauna, we went inside to get ready to head out. Jenny and I went to Mercer Nails for some relaxing and fabulous pedicures! Headed back to the apartment for dinner as Brian arrived home. After dinner, Jenny and I headed into Seattle to visit the Flagship REI store. It was interesting, but NOT nearly as exciting as I was hoping it would be. Jenny and I tried on these really interesting water shoes that have toes! Of course I took pictures of the shoes and of the REI store. It was an absolutely gorgeous store downtown Seattle…surrounded by lush greenery and waterfalls…it didn’t even seem like we were downtown. After enjoying downtown Seattle for the last time, Jenny and I headed home to decide and then plan our Wednesday…after much discussion and internet surfing we decided to drive into Vancouver, BC Wednesday morning…stay tuned to hear about the first time I drove across customs…and the adventure that Jenny and I started!
Pictures from Tuesday below...
You have to look really close at these next two, but if you do you can see the Seattle Space Needle.

This is the place to try out rock and mountain shoes at REI...pretty fun.

Check out these water shoes! Very hard to get all your toes in the right spots...
